Protest SOPA and PIPA

• Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and PROTECT IP Act (PIPA) proposed by US Congress could lethally ruin the free and open Internet, that disables the democracy and right to talk.

• Several websites including Google, Reddit, Wikipedia, BoingBoing, Imgur and Tucows together planned an unprecedented Internet Strike today by going dark for 24-hours, yet blacked-out and gained huge support from webgoers.

"For over a decade, we have spent millions of hours building the largest encyclopedia in human history. Right now, the U.S. Congress is considering legislation that could fatally damage the free and open Internet. For 24 hours, to raise awareness, we are blacking out Wikipedia" said Wikipedia.
